We’re in our final push to lease-up the building, so we’re offering great deals, valid through the balance of 2018.
Selected lofts qualify for special reductions, up to ONE FULL MONTH RENT OFF. Other selected lofts may qualify for a HALF MONTH OFF.
In addition, every new lease qualifies for 6 months free parking. Plus, if you move in by December 31, 2018, you will earn an extra half month free, on top of any other credit you may be entitled to.
Once you take possession of your loft, you will also qualify for our exclusive Resident Upgrade Policy. That way, if one of our super-spectacular lofts comes available, you’ll learn about it before it’s made available to non-residents.
The Fine Print
Here’s a little fine print: to qualify for this promotion you’ll need to a) sign a 12-month or longer lease by December 31, 2018 and b) take possession by January 31, 2019. To qualify for the additional half month off, you’ll need to take possession by December 31, 2018.
Credits are applied as follows:
- 50% off your rent in the first month (One Month and Half Month offers)
- 25% off each of the following two months (One Month offer)
- The “Additional Half Month Off” is applied 25% over two months. If you are receiving it in combination with One Month or a Half Month Off, it will be applied in months 2 and 3. If your lease doesn’t qualify for one of the other reductions, it will be applied in Months 1 & 2.
To qualify for any rent reduction for the current month you must pay your rent on time (i.e. by the 5th of the month). In addition, if your account enters default (rent paid more than 15 days late) you will forfeit any unearned credits.
Rent reduction offers may be withdrawn without notice.
