Every loft unit qualifies for a $500 security deposit and 6 months free parking.

The Fine Print

Here’s a little fine print: to qualify for this promotion you’ll need to a) sign your lease by December 31, 2018; b) take possession by January 31, 2019; and c) pay your rent on time. In addition, qualifying for the $500 security deposit requires excellent credit.  One month free rent reduction is subject to unit availability and may be withdrawn without notice.  A 50% credit is applied to your initial month’s rent; a 25% credit is applied to months 2 and 3.
