The Fatigue Machine Lounge is now fully open for business, with spectacular city views. It’s a great place to relax in front of the TV, or by shooting a few racks on our superb pool table!

Yesterday, November 4, 2017, Artworks organized its most successful “Art All Day” Program ever. Thousands of people wandering around Trenton viewing art, and several hundred showed up at Roebling Lofts, where we hosted six artists.
We’re scrambling to open the third floor for occupancy. Final inspections are progressing well, and we’re hoping to make an exciting announcement any day now. In any event, on Friday, June 9, our elevator passed its state inspection, and we’re now free to use it!
Electricity is now on in the building, so we can turn on the lights and photograph a bathroom (finally!!!). Our first tenants will be able to move in very soon!

If you’re following us closely, you know we’re opening up the north end of the 3rd floor first. A lot has to happen before we can do that, but then again we have a couple of hundred people working on it.
