Roebling Lofts leases at reduced rents a total of 28 1-BR lofts reserved for residents who qualify as “moderate income”.  These units are in all respects identical to the market-rate units, featuring the same size, finishes, appliances, and amenities.

Since we opened, these units have rarely been available for immediate occupancy.  We maintain a waiting list, and when units do open up, we offer them first, in order, to potential tenants on the list.  Joining our waiting list is free, and there is no obligation.
