Thank you for submitting your wait list preference. We will reach out to you via telephone and email if one of your preferred loft styles comes on the market and you are the next person on the list. To preserve you priority, you will need to let us know by the next business day that you intend to apply.

Priority is determined by the date and time of this form submission. However, current Roebling Lofts residents get priority over non-residents. In other words, we will first work through all residents on the waiting list before starting to notify non-residents. So, if you’re serious about leasing one of the unique, high-demand loft styles, you may wish to consider moving into Roebling Lofts and transferring when one of your “bucket-list” styles comes available.

As long as the new style rents for $50/month of more than the initial loft, the transfer will be free. However, you will need to sign a new, 12-month lease on the upgraded unit at time of transfer.

Note, loft pricing is subject to change without notice. When you are offered a loft unit from the waiting list it will be based on current market rent.
